2018 Matriarch Shiraz exhibits elegant berry and plum flavours with a hint of chocolate and kitchen spices, reflecting its terroir and provenance. The rich Terra Rossa soil over limestone infuses the shiraz berries with its flavours. It is a single vineyard, dry grown, Full Bodied Shiraz, matured in French Oak Barrels to perfection.
